Please include your legal name in the booking form, the name on the bank account that you will transfer the deposit from, this will suffice as safety screening.
Alternatively, if you wish to pay by gift card (at my discretion) I will accept any of the following options for screening.
1) ID and photo verification of ID.
2) ID and LinkedIn profile.
3) 2 references from providers you have seen in the past year or 1 reference and 1 form of ID or LinkedIn.
ID must include all information, if you blur your ID it is not viable. Photos must be clear. If you are using provider references please ask your provider first. And account for the admin time when using the reference system, it is not an option for a last minute booking.
Screening is to ensure my safety and for that purpose only, this information will be handled with care.
